2. Services

Remed allows users to:

• Earn loyalty points when you visit participating pharmacies.
• Display medications and related information that have been reviewed and approved by licensed pharmacists.
• Redeem loyalty points at participating pharmacies.

3. Medicines Disclaimer

All medications displayed on the Remed app are reviewed and approved by licensed pharmacists before being made available on the platform. Remed ensures that pharmacists at participating pharmacies verify the accuracy of information related to each medication. However, Remed does not provide medical advice or diagnoses. It is always advisable to consult your healthcare provider for medical guidance before using any medication.

“Remed” and its affiliates are not responsible for any misuse of medicines or any illegal actions resulting from the use of the platform.

4. Loyalty Program

Users can earn loyalty points when making eligible purchases at participating pharmacies. Points can be redeemed according to specific terms for each pharmacy. Points and rewards have no cash value, and redemption is subject to the pharmacy’s policies.

5. User Accounts

By registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify Remed immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Remed App and Website, including text, graphics, logos and software, are the intellectual property of Remed or its licensors. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Remed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including, but not limited to, problems related to loyalty points, use of medications or interruption of services.

8. Changes to the Terms

Remed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
